I rented from Robert McCoy for two years. I paid my rent on time if not days early every month. A water pipe in my top floor bathroom had a small leak I was unaware of and one day, the pipe bursted, ruining all of my furniture and belongings with the water leakage and the mold that had built up and escaped. I called Robert McCoy to help, he became angry, blamed it on me and then evicted me and I had paid him in full up to that date. He is a very rich man who owns half the town and lives extremely comfortably and I had to scrounge for a cheap enough hotel to stay in for the next month until I found a home, with little of my belongings because they had all been ruined. I wouldn't recommend giving this man a dime of your money. He will not appreciate it and if he feels you are the cause of any inconvenience to him, you will not be worth his time anymore. His homes also have serious earwig and spider problems, which I dealt with by keeping a gallon jug of Spectricide because the rent was inexpensive. He will also charge families and couples more for rent for the same size unit.
