Exstream Water Solutions

Contracted for installation of underground watering system. Deposit required before scheduling. After deposit made, was advised work would begin in 4 - 6 weeks. 11 weeks later, no work started and no reply to my emails. Received phone call from Bill (owner) after filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Bill agreed to refund my money which was to be sent out "tomorrow". 11 days later, still no refund and, of course, no reply to email. Filed a follow up complaint with BBB.
