George Frey Trust Fbo Emaus Orphan House

Moved in halfway through 2017. Paid the first year of $9. Second year they say I didn't pay and now owe $18. I send $9 because I paid the year before and they cashed the check. 3rd year they say I owe $27. I send $9 with a letter because they have no contact information on the sketchy looking bill. This year (my 4th full year) they send me a bill for $45 ($9 for 5 years). This time the bill looks like it is more legit (no hand written totals on it) and included a contact phone number. I called the number but no one answers. I am not paying $45 when I have proof that they cashed my other checks. They are lucky I am even paying that much even though it looks like a scam.
