NASTY customer service! I had a contract with them for price cap & auto delivery thru Jan 31. When the woman called in December about renewing the price cap & auto delivery I said I didn't want to renew at end of contract because of higher price lock . She assured me that I wouldn't be charged the termination fee since I was not renewing. When I called 2 weeks prior to the contract end date, they told me that my account was terminated immediately upon me saying I didn't want to renew back in dec! So they weren't going to deliver to me again prior to contract end date. She told me I should just be happy that I wasn't charged the termination fee! Very argumentative and NASTY!! No reason for that. I was trying to honor my end of the contract thru the end date by not ordering fuel oil with someone else if Wallace was planning to deliver in two weeks remaining in contract, but she didn't even want to hear about them upholding THEIR end to deliver at the price locked in from the contract.

Terrible billing system and absolutely worst customer service! They seem to be incapable of implementing auto debits for budget billing,despite the fact that the bill you receive indicates they have. After 7+ years of running in circles with their terrible billing & a final call to their rude and dishonest customer service, I am done doing business with them! The only thing they're not incompetant at is attempting to cover themselves when they realize their ineptitude has been discovered. Not to mention the total circus that occurred when we started propane service with them. We waited at home 3 separate times for them before they finally got the appointment right & we had messages from them confirming each time!The only bright point in this company is the service dept;they are competant &courteous. I know this well as I have had to have emergency oil deliveries due to them not crediting my account correctly &cancelling my regular deliveries several times.Good riddance Wallace Oil!

My wife had open our account about 6 months ago. I have had a great experience starting with our outstanding sales women that we still are in contact with.She is definatley worth speaking with. The ladies in the offices are happy. The prices are fare. Worth doing business with them. We lost heat over the weekend, no service plan did we have but they came out and gave us a reasonable price fix the problem. The service guy was even professional and happy at 1 am.

This company does not believe in customer service. They credited my money towards someone elses account more than once and charge well above cod prices for similar service. I was told one price over the phone and was billed a higher price upon delivery.

This is one of the worst oil companies I have ever dealt with. Talk about lack of customer service and lack of technology. I am not a disgruntled customer, just fed up with the company. You can get 2 different prices from two different people on the cost of a gallon of oil all within 1 minute. They switched over to a "new" technology system, lost my account, lost my contract and I have been playing catch up ever since. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
