About The Practice Ajay Kumar MD, DABPM, DABPM, is an interventional spine and pain physician at New Jersey Advanced Pain Management, which has locations in Hackettstown, New Jersey, Fair Lawn, New Jersey, Matamoras, Pennsylvania, and Middletown, New York.
