Our inspector Josh was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He also spent time going over the findings from the inspection and made sure we fully understood everything. He also made a number of other maintenance suggestions in addition to the scope of the inspection.

This was the first time that I used a home inspector and I was thoroughly impressed. Tom did a thorough inspection and brought up any areas of concern and future concern. He also took the time to go over some basic troubleshooting around the house such as replacing the filter and resetting the garbage disposal.
