Tremendously unprofessional. Business is Shirt Shack but be prepared to make your check payable to Ron Rook. I m sure that has something to do with the IRS. Should change his name to Ron Crook - Took our money but refused to complete delivery of the product as promised....does that sound like fraud? The product that he did deliver was of mediocre quality. There are a dozen other better options for your marketing and printing needs in the area...save yourself some trouble and take your business elsewhere.
