        Terrible customer service

        The employees at this location have no idea of the defenition of customer service. I've had multiple issues because they dont seem to know what they are doing. They have given me attitude, and treat our problems as if it were a joke, very unprofessional. I have left the store upset, and I have arrived upset, and they don't seem to care, or make an exception for an upset client with reoccurring issues. So far, the only employee I have no complains about is Bez, who is helping me with my issue today. My suggestion is that they better train their staff, specially management.
