STAY AWAY from this CO!!!! Im a 47 year old professional and had never heard of RAC until I had the displeasure of having to deal with them because one of thier clients was involved in a vehicle accident with my wife (HIS FAULT). Never, EVER have I dealt with a unprofessional, incompent, rude, impolite, especially in a deliberate way, without culture, illiterate, uncouth, DESPICABLE, reprehensible, disgraceful and vile employee....I introdue you to Belkis Tejeda. a person insured with this company hit my car...it has been impossible to speak with someone...i have left 28 voice mails with the claim number etc etc,they do no return my calls,sio i decide to contact the state insurance commisioner ,lets see if they are going to play games with them...very stupid on their part ,the fine will be alot more tha what my claim is for.And for Belkis Tejera,you are very irresponsible for not returning my calls ,and your supervisor is worse for covering up for you!!!
