Quest Diagnostics

This is the worst laboratory that we visited. My daughter visited the clinic in person (because they never answer the phone) to make an appointment as soon as possible since she needed as per doctor order. She was told to go the following day before 7 am. She was there waiting for 1 1/2 hours and was never called and was told to leave. She placed the appointment on line for15 days later. She has two orders made by two different doctors. Ona was totally lost, so she has to go again to do it. The other one was incomplete, thing that was discovered during the doctor's visit. So, she had to go for the FOURTH TIME for a lab draw. Summarizing, something that normally takes one visit, took 4 visits. The employees rude and poor professional. They do not deserve to work in health care. Really BAD!!!!!!!! Everybody should be fired.

I stopped going to this office for 5 years because the staff wouldn't speak to me in English and were not nice to my daughter while she was getting blood work done, aggressive and would leave marks, Front desk girls were never nice. I decided after all those years to try again and to my surprise the staff is wonderful they say hello and how can I help you and have a wonderful day from the ladies working at the front. The lady taking the blood was so gentle and kind to my daughter who has to get her blood taken every 3 months. Thanks to this new staff Carrie, Vanessa, Clythe we will be coming there every time!!
