It is the parent company of six companies including Dahan Trace Development, B & R Construction, R. D. Properties of Metairie, Dahan Investments, Euro Investor Group and Dahan Property Management. Dahan Enterprises' approach to its projects is to acquire, develop and manage properties for long-term ownership and growth. He is an Israeli entrepreneur whose passion for Real Estate evolved in the 1990s. His first development was a dilapidated, five-unit Greek revival home in New Orleans. He resold this property in 3 months and tripled his investment. Since then he has steadily and gradually developed properties.
