In 1980, Dr. Mike Smith was accepted into Georgetown Dental School, where he thoroughly loved all phases of dentistry, especially crown and bridge and oral surgery. He graduated from Georgetown in 1984 and moved to Arizona. Dr. Smith set up a private dental practice in Mesa in general and cosmetic dentistry. He built his practice from scratch and through patient referrals. His patients’ confidence in his abilities has been critical to his success. He practiced in East Mesa for eighteen years before moving to his present office location in 2003. To keep up with advancements in dentistry, Dr. Smith has completed many hours of continuing education. He has taken endodontic courses from a variety of clinicians, as well as operative/ cosmetic courses. He has also studied restorative and implant education. Dr. Smith is proud to say that he has been making people smile in Arizona for 30 years. His patients love his soothing manner, kind spirit, and light-hearted sense of humor. His extended family not only includes his staff, but every patient that walks through the door.
