The system is extremely intuitive and easy to learn. The time clocks look like the old credit card machines and my employees just swipe their time card and I manage the information from the web. WE have some off-site people who clock in and out from their cell phones (TelePunch) including job costing and all the data from our 7 locations, and off-site employees end up in one database. I just log in from my desk, and can manage everything with just a few clicks. We looked around for a time solution for weeks, everyone else was three times more money, had annual tech support fees, and took months to implement. Michael had us up and running in two days and Access1source fees were a fraction of the cost as everyone else. My supervisors are ecstatic with this system, they don't have to track everyone's job costing by hand anymore, it gives them more time to do important tasks.
