Juan was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help me over the phone. When that didn’t work, he and his crew came to our location and fixed what turned out to be a simple problem without gouging the pocketbook. He could easily have sold me a brand new part instead of fixing the existing part (which took only five minutes). A very ethical and professional service. If you are looking for a trustworthy repair service, 4 Points RV Service is worth the call.
I have had Juan make several repairs/modifications to my Destination Lodge, and everything he has done has been excellent. His prices are very reasonable, and he is usually very quick to respond. He is the ONLY person I will call if I have an issue.
I had an electrical issue. I called another "5 star" shop and had to leave a message, they never called back. I called 4 Points and talked to Juan. I was expecting to hear him tell me he has to look at it. Instead he listened to me explain the problem and started explaining possible solutions. I wasn't in my RV so he said to just call him back. When I got to my RV about 45 minutes later I called he answered. Juan had me take the panel off my generator and in 5 seconds my issue was fixed. Not many technicians would be willing to do what he did, having said that he went above and beyond. In doing so he gained a customer.
Juan has been servicing our '98 Newmar motorhome for over 3 years. He helps us keep it tiptop condition for more time on the road. He stands behind his work as we had a roof leak and it leaked again after a few months and he took it to someone to help him find the leak. After a very rainy winter it has held. He is on time and so pleasant to work with and very reasonably priced.
When it comes to technical knowledge, customer service, effective communication, and professional ethics, Four Points RV sets the standard for the RV service industry.
Juan, the owner, and Adrian, his technician, were great to work with. When one of our roof a/c units failed with a record-setting heat wave coming, Juan stretched his schedule to diagnose the problem. As promised, Adrian arrived on-time the next day with the replacement part. Unfortunately, the part did not correct the problem. Later that day, Juan arrived with an estimate for replacing the air conditioner. When I said that we had an extended warranty, Juan said that he would contact the warranty company for their approval. Juan called me after the approval, and said he had ordered the new unit. Installation was scheduled for three days out. On day two, Juan called and asked if he and Adrian could install it later that afternoon. The installation was completed that day - ahead of the promised date. Regarding his labor charge, it must have been reasonable because my only cost was the warranty deductible.
I enthusiastically recommend Four Points for your RV service needs. I only wish Juan and Adrian could be cloned!
Juan and Adrian installed a stacked washer/dryer in our RV. Their work was professional in every respect. They were careful to protect our rig, cleaned up any debris/dust, and answered all questions as they worked. Price was reasonable. Recommended.
Arrived in Mesa for snowbird season and my refrigerator died. I went on line to check reviews and Juan had the best reviews so I called him. I explained my issue on the phone and he was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He told me that he could not get to me for 2 days because of other customers and I totally understand due to all of the snowbirds flocking here for winter.
Juan came out and after 2 or 3 attempts at what I hoped were quick resolutions to my problem, it became clear that it was a cooling unit replacement. :(
He was honest with me about the price and told me that he could order it on Monday and have it to install by Wednesday. He did everything that he said and called me 1 hour ahead of our appointed time to see if he could come early and get it installed.
When he arrived I asked him if it was ok for me to watch so I could learn about my RV. He not only said it was OK, but he explained some things to me as he and his helper were repairing it.
When I am in the Phoenix area, nobody but Juan will be doing the work on my RV. I could not be happier with the outcome of my dilemma.

Juan the owner introduced himself to me and to the other guy working with him also Juan. Yes two Juan’s in one truck, who knew. LOL. They worked for about two hours on the generator and A/c and brought two batteries for my generator. I asked newbie questions and Juan number 1 was very kind as he explained things to me. He got the generator started up and at first thought that there might be a leak in it but after he worked on it found that there was not problems with the generator. Yes, Yes I was yelling inside my head, Yes.

We called 4 Points Mobile RV Service while in Casa Grande with an unexpected slideout issue. Juan answered my email right away. Since our location was not in his area of service, he was nice enough to invite us to his home to make the repair. HE backed our 37ft 5th wheel in his yard on a nice cement pad complete with a 50amp hookup. While repairs were being done, Juan invited us to use his laundry or anything else we needed while there. You don't see that kind of compassion or concern everyday. He also saved us half the repair cost because he contacted our Good Sam extended warranty insurance. We never had to guess what he was doing...always good communication. With all of his years of experience, Juan and his business come highly recommended by us and we will definitely be using his services again. No more bigtime Service Centers that like to nickel and dime you, WE LIKE JUAN!!! EXCELLENT JOB!!! A VERY satisfied customer
