Dr. William Pierce

Saw this physian for years and took my diabetic child to him whom was treated for high blood sugar and when she got upset with the staff she was banned from the office. Hello type 1 diabetic with no doctor to follow up with, banned without a concern. He staff is totally asinine and rude. One member even had the never to come out And discuss my bill in front of other patients. And continued to discuss my daughter's bill and medical info after she turned 21. Ever heard of HIPPA aparently not. And we all continue to get charged for days we never saw the physian. The staff needs sensitivity training and learn how to clean the treatment rooms. Horrible service!

AVOID this doctor's office at all costs!! The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They are notorious for not billing insurance companies. Instead, they'll tag you as "self pay" despite having all of your insurance information and then sit on your account for YEARS without making ANY attempt to contact you whatsoever. Then, they'll send your account to a collection agency and refuse to provide ANY proof that their claim is even valid. They are a complete disgrace to the medical field and should be ashamed of themselves and their behavior. DO NOT wast your time and energy with this office...they are NOT worth the hassle!!!

PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE IS VERY DIRTY AND COLD. YOU NEED TO PLAN TO BE THERE FOR 2-3 HOURS AND PLAN ON FEELING LIKE YOUR BOTHERING THE STAFF FOR EVEN BEING THERE. THEY ARE MORE THAN JUST RUDE I HAVE NEVER FELT LIKE I WAS IN PRISON BEING IN A OFFICE. THE STAFF IS THERE JUST TO BE SOCIAL THEY ALL MUST BE THE DOCTORS DAUGHTERS GIRL FRIENDS WHILE YOU WAIT FOREVER YOU GET TO LISTEN ABOUT THEIR LIFES AND PLANS FOR THE NIGHT AND LISTEN TO ALL THE VISITORS THAT COME AND SEE THEM. WHEN I COMPLAINED I FOUND OUT THE MANAGER IS THE DOCTORS DAUGHTER AND COULD CARE LESS HOW YOU FEEL PLEASE DON'T MAKE HER DO HER JOB SHE WILL JUST TELL DADDY AND GET YOU BANNED FROM THE OFFICE.

BEWARE!!! THIS DOCTOR IS NICE. BUT THE PLACE IS DIRTY & THE WHOLE STAFF IS RUDE AND MEAN!! THE OFFICE MANAGER IS HIS DAUGHTER i GUESS HER JOB IS TO BE MEAN AND NOT HELPFUL. AND IF YOU ASK HER TO DO HER JOB SHE WILL BAND YOU!!!!!!! AND CALL YOU NAMES!!
