        Terrible Terrible Customer Service

        I have never experienced such terrible customer service. From the start of working with the Boise Pristine staff, there have been MULTIPLE no call, no shows. Do they write anything down???... I highly doubt it. Then they completely forgot that they STILL (a month and a half after the initial purchase,... that I truly regret now) need to bring my matching stairs to my spa they promised, a solution for the water and finally the remote for the stereo on my spa! Good luck with these guys...
