I am certain Amy Velasquez practices the bad kind of witchcraft. What else would explain her alliance with perpetrators.

I feel sorry for her.

I am pusuing Amy Velasquez and NEED YOUR HELP - I NEED YOUR INFORMATION.

This is to show evidence against her abuse. We need our children back, regardless if we only have them part of the time...

My son who at the time just turned 6 years was taken from me by Amy and with the help of Matt B.

I couldn't believe that Matt sided with Amy. Matt gave me custody of my son prior to this damnation... I will tell you further these terrible acts.

My Ex-boyfriend who was the Domestic Abuser towards both me and my son. And now my son has been in his custody for over a year. My little boy isn't doing well since he was taken from me.

The Merced Court Judges are a joke. Judge Hansen is LAZY and is BIAS. Tell you more another time.

Evilness! Rude, mean...... and really no interest in the child, nor does she look into the facts. Believes what is on paper and anything that comes out of somebodies mouth. I am amazaed and lost for words. Very unprofessional, doesnt care........ not to mention we are forced through the courts to go to her and pay for it. If there are other options, take them.... this is your child and she just doesnt care. As others have said, she sides with the man..... EVERY TIME! So unethical and as the other mother said, she needs a evaluation herself. God help the child that she does their evaluation for. NO JUSTICE HERE!

I have had Amy Valasquez as my mediator for 5 years. I cant stand this woman and for the life of me cant figure out how she has a license. She is very rude, has a nasty attitude, and just acts like she is better than everyone. It is no secret that she favors men and doesnt like women (We can thank her mom for that one!) She has numerous complaints in each Mariposa and Merced county. She is biast and should not be allowed to be a mediator in any county!!! I would like to encourage people who have had awful experiences with her to write a review, and also stop by your court house and file a formal complaint. INVESTIGATE AMY VELASQUEZ BEFORE HIRING HER TO REPRESENT YOU. She has a history of protecting abusive parents and recommending custody to the abusers instead of the safe parent. She refuses to review any evidence to justify the outcome and conceals the facts. She has an extreme bias toward men and with her signature, she will destroy the lives of women and their children and will forget they even exist afterward. Investigate all of the cases where she was involved in the public court records and decide for yourself before ever giving her authority over your lives!

Amy Velasquez, my assigned home evaluator was very unprofessional and blatantly rude to me. Because of her, I lost custody of my son and he is forced to live with the man that abused me and my children. If you are a woman and assigned her for your case, I am so sorry because you wont have a chance in hell. Amy is all the other reviewer stated in her/his review. She is ignorant, arrogant and sexist. She will side with the man in almost all cases.She talks down to the women and has an obvious dislike for women, apparently she hasn't dealt with her own abandonment issues yet. If you are FORCED by the court to use her as a mediator try to get it switched to someone else or move out of Merced County as soon as possible.Once you get started with her you won't be able to change. Iam very interested in contacting the previous poster and others you know who have been FORCED by the courts to use Amy. I am contacting the state board and Attorney's General's office to file formal complaints against this witch. I would not give this idiot a 1 star rating but ZERO wasn't an option!

I would never recomend Amy Velasquez to any one. Her mother abandon her as a child and Amy was raised by her father. So when it comes down to being a Evaluator she is very inconsiderate and selfish. she humilates and mockes woman infront of their violent ex husbands/boyfriend. Although there might be prove that indicates that the father is unfit, she some how some way she manages to flip the story and sides up with the guy. I know many woman whom have been victims of her ignorancy and i am and will bring justice. because a good psychologist is not one whom beholds a certificate nor a license but some one who know how to do their job by keeping their personal life out and being fair and undertanding.
