I am pretty mad at the Menasha Shopko. I needed a bottle of Tide HE that was on special. I hit the customer service button and waited 15 minutes for an associate to show up. I asked the young man if he could get the stuff easily. He said it would be "no problem" as his scanner said he had it. He disappears for about 18 minutes and then comes with a whole cart filled with all different bottles of soap and tells me his manager told him to grab the other types since he was stocking HE. I then noticed their was NO HE on the cart. I was furious. He told me they ran out of a sale item and to go to the front to get a raincheck. Why not tell me up front that they do not have an item?
