This place does an INCREDIBLE Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love how I can always grab a Living Social deal and they treat me so good!!!! I love the drink they offer and how fast they are. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place does a good job; however, the customer service when walking in with a Groupon discount SUCKS!! My husband and I have visited this place many times before our encounter with the company on last weekend. I bought a groupon for mani/pedi for myself and a pedicure for my husband. We were told we have to have an appointment for the Groupon, which was fine. We made an appointment for the next week. On the date of the appointment, I called to say we would be late. We were told that was fine, but we would just have to wait. I asked for a later appointment, but was told later appointments were already taken and since I would be "laaaaaaaaate" (said exactly in this way), I would have to wait. My husband and I arrived later than we thought, and were treated like kindergarteners. I would have been fine if we were told to reschedule, but the young lady's attitude was downright rude. There were no pedicures being given at the time we walked in, and another lady began to set him up for his pedicure. She was told to stop and we would wait. The customer pays for the service, and the business has no right to treat anyone as a kid. There are way too many shops in Memphis to receive crappy customer service. I was put off completely by the attitudes and the treatment in comparison to the times when we paid full price. If the company doesn't like people using coupons, DON'T give them out!! Will not return again and I'd advise others not to as well - at least if you do go, be sure to pay full price if you want pleasant customer service!
