        The Frozen Pelican offers 28 flavors of shaved ice, endless shaved ice flavor combinations, 100% all-beef hot dogs with many toppings including a hot dog topped with potato chips, cheese and chili nachos, cheesesteaks, Pete's Perfect Pucker- fresh squeezed fair-style lemonade and hand-scooped ice cream all at an affordable price and in a FUN, family-friendly beachy atmosphere. The owners, served these foods at events in their community in the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma area for 6 years until moving back to FL in 2013. They first opened The Frozen Pelican in 2013, and were even featured on the State of Florida's tourism site VisitFl.com . They had to close in 2015 due to a family tragedy and medical complications . Now they are back and excited to serve the Melrose, Keystone and surrounding communities.
