Very bad communication, dishonest and misleading. Made an appointment. To have my dog spayed and was quoted $85.00. Waited two weeks for this appt. The day before her appt. they call for shot records......I send everything over and they start questioning her heart worm tests. I told them she is on medication has been since she was 9 weeks old but tests are not required until 6 mos. old. They want another 35.00 for heart worm test. Ok fine. We bring her in, go into the office and they say..........let's go over your charges?????!!!!!!!
This charge which was to total 120.00 doubled to 240.00. NOT INCLUDING the heart worm test or pain meds!!!!???? Needless to say we took our dog home. They have a lot of nerve. Very disgusted. If you choose to use them I recommend you get it all in writing before going.

We also got a quote from them to have 2 cats spayed, when my husband dropped them off he declined all other services except spaying but I didn't know it. When I picked up the cats after the operation the receptionist claimed that vet had prescribed additional pain meds, antibiotics, and many many more extras. I declined all but the pain and antibiotics, but ended up paying an additional $140 before I was given the cats. When I went back in two weeks to get their staples out, they started again on the hard sell - tried to give them another round of shots even though they insisted on vaccinating before surgery (cats were already up to date and didn't even require vaccines). I wish that I had been able to leave like Dawn, I've never seen anything like this place and will never return again. They lost a potential customer with their greedy and deceptive tactics.
