West Main Animal Hospital

I took my cat in to get spayed not too long ago. I paid them good money to give her vaccines and get her treated for fleas, etc. along with her spay. When the time came, they didn't call me to get her stitches removed from her surgery! So I called them about 3 weeks after her surgery and tried to set up an appointment to get her stitches removed. They didn't return my call so I called 3 more times and never got an answer. It has been over a month, and they still have failed to return my calls. I am very disappointed that I paid them to do their job, but they didn't do what they said they were going to. Awful customer service if you ask me, and it is clear that they don't care about my pets well being.

The vet is very nice and compassionate and really seems to care about the animals. Prices reasonable. However some of the staff are over the top rude. The staff should always be friendly to the customer since it is the customer that is the bread and butter.

This hospital has the most caring, most compassionate staff I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They are not only wonderful with my pets, they are the same way with humans. I recently had to have my pet put to sleep. A few days later, I received a beautiful card, that was hand written, to me, expressing sympathy for the loss of my beloved pet. How personal.....how kind.
