be careful about sending e-mails, apparently they do not get all of their e-mails. Sent one Friday night, again on Saturday, then called and sent again while talking to someone, they still did not get it. Since it was 3:01, there was nothing they could do for me today. Monday was the earliest they could do anything.



Unfortunately that does not work for me. If they cannot rely on their e-mail service, they should post that on their web site and let everyone know to call only. Really disappointing, have used them in the past with no issues, but this time was bad. No offers to help out or anything, just a really bad apology. I guess customer service is dead here too!
