Though the surgical work they do is very good, I have to say their billing department NEEDS A LOT OF WORK. First, they REQUIRE that you pre-pay for all your work despite the fact that they've received pre-authorization from your insurance company. Then they take FOREVER to return the overpayment. I paid with my credit card twice and both times it took almost THREE months to receive reimbursement for the overpayment.

Plus on one occasion my insurance sent me a denial letter stating that they could not pay bill without receiving the requested documentation. At the second request I personally went down and requested the information so I COULD SEND IT DIRECTLY TO MY INSURANCE. Once my insurance received the paperwork, from me, they paid the EOB in less than a week. When I questioned the billing department about this they said they'd sent the required documentation but figured the insurance was not going to pay, stating they'd never received the request for further documentation.
