Kent's A/C

Kent showed up, I let him know what was going on he got right to it and fixed the problem and now everything is running great and smooth

I got a warranty on my AC unit and they didn't want to pay the unit replacement, they told me that they will cover only 500 dollars, I was so upset, so I grab Kent's phone number and I explained the situation and I told him that I didn't have all the money to pay for a whole unit, so he HELPS ME OUT with a payment plan, HE SAVES MY LIFE.

I have a NEW UNIT, and I have a low payment a month. sooooo cool.

great service, amazing price. he was able to explain me all of the A/C stuff that i didnt understood. He is respectful. absolutely recommended. my AC want working and he fixed THE SAME DAY. and i need to mention that 3 technicians come before and they want it me to wait a week for them to order the parts. so i call KENT'S AC and he come early morning, went to buy the parts and BOOM, my AC was working few hours later.

Kent's AC is without a shadow of a doubt the ABSOLUTE very best they work around my schedule and makes sure he leaves the customer completely satisfied. He makes sure the job is done right and professionally. I was very very pleased and impressed on how well he worked in getting the job done right and neat especially because the AC unit is over my bed. I'm definitely looking forward to future business with Kent's AC, he was very polite and answered all my thousands of questions. Thank you again

I call a company and they cancelled me, so I look online and Kent's A/C pop up, so i call him, and i told him that i need it a diagnostic because the unit wasnt colling and the weather was so hot that day, and he told me that he could come over that same day i was like its SUNDAY!!!! and he say that he undertand that is hot outside and he would fix that EVEN IN A SUNDAY. he save my day....

Muy professional y honesto, la mejor compania. Antes habian estado 3 companias y nadie habia podido arreglar mi aire, solo le echaban gas y se iban, durable unos dias y era todo. Hasta que vino Kent's a/c y lo arreglo definitivamente. Un senor muy cordial y respetuoso. Muy buen trabajo. Mi esposo y yo muy complacidos por su trabajo. Gracias Kent"s a/c.

The biggest Rip off ever!!!. He will take advantage of people who pay him money and doesn't even do the full job. Then makes excuses of why he couldn't finish the job.

This guy is arrogant and rude. Horrible service with an even worse attitude. Confrontational and unprofessional. RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Do not use this company. The person claiming to be Kent was very rude and the installation was done in a rush. He came to my residence to install a new AC unit. I approuched him and he would not even achkowledge me. He installed the system in 2 hours and never came inside the house tyo see if the AC unit was working. He left without saying a word and threw my warrenty booklet on the floor of my garage and left all gates open. Worst Expirience ever. Don't use this company. You will regret it.

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. The discourteous man who answers the number on the business card won't disclose his name because even he can't defend his third-rate work so he resorts to sophomoric responses when pressed to answer why a simple leak could not be fixed.

Never ever call this guy, he is rude and so unprofessional and he over charges. He came to look at one of the ac units we have for a property management company, and he decided to take a pee!!!!! Out side the house, where the entire neighborhood could see, instead of asking to use the bathroom.

This guy was rude and unprofessional walked in my house took out the filter to my a/c walked outside threw the filter outside on the floor and took off not doing no work on my a/c so i called him to tell him what i saw im do and he said to go outside get the mesurments and for the filter and go buy one and charged $300 insurance sends him back a second time a week later and now my a/c doesn't go below 80 degrees he just took off without even letting me know he was done so I call him and he says what do you expect for it to work instantly give it for to five hours it doesn't work that way.
