I bought a 2003 Toyota Rav from Earl T. He was professional, educated and really had a kind of customer service you don't really see anymore. He really cares! He followed up from beginning to end and still calls to see if we have any auto needs. I would highly recommend Earl and Bob Tomes to anyone who wants to be treated with integrity and respect!

Thank you so much Deanna Oatman for making my car buying experience the best ever. Deanna was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. During the test drive she explained many features, as well as providing a route that allowed me to get a better feel for different aspects of the vehicle. Service department!!! If I could give 0 stars I would for the service department. Worst experience ever. Took my car in on Thursday morning was called back that evening about what needed fixing. I tried to return the call and was able to leave several voice messages between Thursday night and Saturday night and still didn't get answer till Monday. When I did get answered, they had already started my car; even though, I never told them to. Verified with two other dealerships They over charged me! When I did get my car, my service writer was conveniently gone and the other service writer wouldn't explain what was fixed on my car. Also was given a Hertz loaner car but was given with bald tires showing metal. Never ever going back

I have been going to Bob Times for about 6 years to have my 2009 F150 serviced. The service department has been honest with me. I called the service department to ask for my service records since I was in another state and needed to get my truck serviced, and when I called the lady that answered the phone told me they could not send my service records by email because the service advisors were busy, and would have to send them another day! She tried to find the information of my records but then said she could not find it because she had other people on the line. How hard and how long would it take to just send an email? I have done this with before with another dealership that was bigger than Bob Tomes and they sent the email in 10 minutes. I called the dealership back to put a complaint in and another lady answered and was short and rude with me. I'm strongly debating about going somewhere else for my service and future car purchases. I'm disappointed in their customer service!!

Our experience at Bob Tomes Ford and especially with our salesman, Ron Rojas, could not have been better! We bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta SE, which is one of the more inexpensive models, and they treated us like we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Bob Tomes! These folks are the best in the business!

I thought I bought an Excursion on Saturday over the phone to a real nice salesman Scotty.We talked several times on the phone Saturday and then again on Sunday confirming everything before I bought a plan ticket to fly from New Mexico on Tuesday morning to buy the SUV with a cashiers check. Well wrong!

I got a call Monday morning from Scotty staying there was a mechanical issue with the vehicle and they couldn't sell me the car. Their mechanic had bought it! We talked to the manager later Monday when he finely was available and he just said sorry. They can't do anything about my plane ticket either. The big problem I have beside loosing $213.00, is no one ever said let us find you another vehicle. Is this really a car dealership that doesn't try to sell me a car after wronging me?

What does this Manager, Scott Saverne really do. Absolutly no customer service!

A very pleasant experience purchasing a new 2008 Focus in June. I will be returning next time I am in the market for a new or used car. If you go, be sure to ask for Stan "the Man"!
