A Jack of All Trades

Contracted for two separate jobs, deck repair and deck painting. Did the first job promptly and professionally. Nate did not even charge us for time spent beyond his estimate. The deck painting was a different story. He estimated 5 hours for two coats on the deck. After 6 hours he had completed maybe half of the first coat. Painting was very sloppy so we asked him not to continue. He became very unreasonable after this. It was apparent his strategy was to bill me for additional labor after the job was complete. I dodged a bullet with this one. Buyer beware.
