First time in this store, I was referred by a friend saying the staff is well knowledge in everything they carry, so I had to find out for myself and let me say I'm very impressed on how the staff is friendly,welcoming and asking if I needed any assistance and to top it off very knowledge on every pet &,product they carry. I highly recommend this place to anyone. This is my NEW PET STORE. GREAT STAFF!!!!!

Find somewhere else to shop. There are approximately 10 employees walking around the shop floor, yet they all seem to disappear every time you need assistance. I was there to buy a feeder mouse for my Ball Python, because PetCo was out of mice. When i walked in, i went to look at the open pens of Parakeets and Bunnies, and 4 staff members came up and asked if I needed anything, to which I replied: I will in a minute. After I finished browsing, I walked up to a group of employees and they dispersed, 3 going to the back, 1 walking right past me, and the last went to put something on the shelves. I finally got the attention of a worker, and asked for the biggest feeder mouse they had. He brought the box and said "It'll be waiting for you in the front". After a few minutes of browsing with my Girlfriend, I went to the front desk, where 3 employees were arguing with a customer. I waited. And waited. And waited. Then 2 employees left and the cashier left to go get the food that the irate customer wanted. Meanwhile, another customer had come into the store and was waiting off to the side. When I was about to check-out, the new customer jumped in front of me and the cashier just rolled her eyes and helped the new customer. I finally got to checkout and paid $4.32, an insane price, for my mouse.

After all this horrible service. I got home and opened the box to feed my Python and see the smallest "adult" mouse ever. He was barely even worth feeding. Tiny, and skinny!



TL;DR: Horrible service, Outrageous prices, Junk product. Do NOT shop here.
