I went to buy some mud tires to put on a chevy 2009 and the guy was constantly telling me that I needed a two inch leveling spacer so that it wouldn't hit the fendor so I bought that also then they installed everything the truck looked nice but the ride became poor the front suspensions are now loose I took it back a week later so they could check it to see what was wrong I got there and the guy acted like he didn't know me he asked me what was wrong I told the problems and he told me to take it the next day for me that is poor service as they didn't look busy that day and my neighbor has the same truck with the same tires with no 2 inch spacer and it works fine and it looks better and doesn't even hit the fendor

Poor service skills , everyone has an expert opinion on why your tire won't be covered or why this or that, Obviously all in Spanglish. My brother recently bought four tires 6 months later he damaged one he bought a new one to match of course. The same tire he replaced poppin the center no puncture and of course they fed him some line of bull. Your rim got hot, your rim is crooked, blah blah bull. They lost the dodge emblem, a lug and the locking key. He went and bought 4 new tires and went back for status report. Obviously they said factory won't reply, They could of tried harder instead of loosen a customer who values good service .

When I first came to buy tires which was a month 1/2 go they were egred to sell me new tires. Today 7/6/15 Iam back to repair a flat and get rebalanaced my rear tires they told me it be a while so iam there waitng for an hour and finally I look up and saw my truck parked i thought it was done turns out they had not even touched it mean while they guys at the counter are on the phones on face book or what ever instead of keeping an eye on the guys in the back or making sure the customers cars are getting repaired. I would consider coming back to this place again.
