The company s floor plans include two-story, Cape Cod and ranch-style homes, with optional add-on features, such as decorative windows, porches, decks and garages. Manis homes come standard with nine-foot ceilings, energy-efficient, double-hung windows and 35-year architectural shingles all. Customers can choose vinyl siding or site-installed brick or stone for the exterior. Every Manis home is built under one roof in the company s Maxton, N.C., facility, so they are never subjected to the elements during construction. Established in 2002, Manis Custom Builders employs more than 150 craftsmen.
