Ive been there many times but on two occasions ive walked in and signed in with my service request and they just sat there and looked at me with no greeting.made me feel awkward and unwanted so i left. No third chances for me.too bad because they do a good mani and pedi but they need to work on their customer service.

The lady missed half the shavings still connected to the nail than half way painted the tips and told me I was being picky the paint Job was fine and told me if I wanted perfection I shouldn't be so cheap and spend the $5 to get it hand painted - so I was sitting there with no airbrushed paint on the corners the guy that works there did come and fix it while the original lady was standing behind him saying that I will just keep finding spots that I was to picky she spent so much time I should be greatful- I give one star because the guy did fix it - there was no apology given for the way I was being spoken to and frankly me asking her to paint the corners too was not being picky I have been getting my nails done for years and nobody has ever missed the corners - very angry I hope they do something about the disrespectful negative staff attitude and she starts painting and filing correctly
