One Price Dry Cleaner

Loyal customer for 5 years. Never even asked for a re-press of a poorly pressed garment. Picked up this shirt today. Worn only one time. Manager argued they did not damage it, would not replace and didn't care if she lost us as customers. Said her presser (who quit), did not point it out to her so they did not damage it.

I took my coats in and asked the manager if they would be able to get the Lint off. She told me yes. I went back to get my coats and they looked exactly how I left them. I asked about the lint and she showed me a small lint machine exactIy like the one i bought at Wal-Mart. She said that was all they had to get lint off. She told me she would get more off if i left them another day. I then noticed a spot on the front of one of my coats and another on the back of the other. They were not there when i left them. I told her it looked like stains from the cleaning. She said they would get those out. She told me to return the next day. When i returned the coats looked the same except the stain on one of the coats were gone. I expressed my disappointment but she said because it was real wool that was all they could do. I can't believe the manager actually said that..smh I recommend no one to use this cleaners.
