Mister Car Wash

We went to the car wash & were vacuuming the car in the garage part when a set of keys to our hitch got sucked up. We immediately told the guy working & he said that they would have to wait until closing time to check the containers & the hose but that they would find it & call us. We waited for the call but received none & even tried calling them several times with no answer. The next morning we tried calling again several times with no answer. So we waited until closing time & went up there & the guy was very rude & said they didn't find anything & that stuff gets sucked up all the time & they don't have time to go through all the bags & that there's nothing they could do. Which is not true! They didn't even look or care. It really makes us furious because it is a very important & the only set of keys we have. I will never be going back to this car wash & you shouldn't either. I'm extremely disappointed & livid with how it was handled & we were treated.
