Does not value new customers. Not willing to work with you. But they are willing to let thousands of dollars worth of new business walk out the door.
Guess they have plenty and they don't feel the need for new customers.

I went for the first time to do a stocking this past christmas and have brought in almost everything I own that you can embroider since! I was floored by the prices and the staff could not have been any friendlier or knowledgeable!
