        Fantastic service, wonderful Techs as well as Office Staff. Spent years trying to find a good company that we could rely on for our 100,000 sq. ft. facility with no luck until we found Nelson!

        Absolutely horrible service - ...

        Absolutely horrible service - damaged furniture on multiple occasions, and on their last service, took out but did not replace the filters so my unit has been running filterless for the past few months. Looks like they can't even get the most basic of things right. Gave them several chances but things kept getting worse over time - a real nightmare, will be moving away to a more reputable service company.
