        Overall

        Had a scheduled appointment for an AC repair with these clowns. When they did not show up as scheduled, I called them, and was told they would be there later in the day as they had an attic job this morning. What!? Schedule an appointment, no show, no phone call, nothing. I had a few unkind words for their behavior and told them not to bother coming at all. Walk your talk if you want to keep customers.

        If I give no stars they do not deserve any .New motor in my heat pump should have been 1/4 horsepower and the put in a 6 horse power and may have ruined my outside unit .Now it is saturday called them and left message as they are only open 7 to 5 weekdays .Hot outside hot inside 90 degrees they left me high and hot .My husband had a heart attack back in November of this past year and can't take the heat .I am sure they are nice and cool .Seems customer service is dead to them .
