        The service was excellent. Raul showed up when he said he would, performed the air conditioning tune-up and highlighted things that may need my attention and why. He did not try and upsell me on anything however he made it clear what to expect with my system as it is quite old. He also brought a potential water heater issue to my attention that I was not aware of.
