Security Public Storage- Martinez

I recently was laid off due to COVID-19 and have to vacate my current apartment. I chatted with Security Public Storage at the suggestion of a relative and they answered right away! I explained what I needed / was looking for and the on-site manager, Alex Robles, was exceedingly helpful, flexible on my needs and gave me a great 5-month rate! The units are going fast so I was very grateful for the speedy and effecent help. Plus its a great location, just up the street from where I'll be staying from now on! I would 100% recommend this storage company to anyone thats in need!

Security Public Storage was my first storage option I contacted because it is the closest and most convenient. I was very happy to be immediately met by Alex in the office. He walked me through different spaces and costs and even recommended a discount program which saved me more money than the one I had originally brought in. Alex got me the perfect size storage with an ideal access spot and was able to clean and set up my spot for that day.

They have always been professional and nice in all of our interactions. Facility is clean and easily accessible. I rented a unit for my son Kris and he has been very happy. Thank you for making renting storage space so easy.

The people who work here are the best. Service with a smile, old style. Rare does one find that kind of service anymore. The place is clean and any issues are dealt with immediately. The unit renters are quiet and respectful of each other and for me, there has never been any problem left unaddressed. I am glad to have access to such a safe and high-quality place knowing how poorly many storage sites are kept.

Alexander Robles is a great Manager. He looks after the renters. Great place. It’s clean with nice surroundings.

I’ve been with security public storage for many years in Martinez CA. They have the best service ever. They are kind enough to notify you so that you don’t have to pay a late. They also send you an email to notify you of payment due in advance so you get a late fee also. Service is awesome! The place is always clean and the grounds are always clean. They are always willing to help if you need it!

This company takes pride in it's appearance and service. Facility is always clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. I would recommended this facility to anyone looking for a place to rent space from.

I have used other storage facilities in the past and I can definately say Security Storage is the cleaniest, professional, and best storage facility. I highly recommend it.

The manager Jackie and Joseph are wonderful, they know what they are doing and do it well.

The hours available to use are better than any other place and all units are on the first floor, which means, NO ELEVATORS!. Most units you can drive right to your door! Five stars is not enough.
