I bought a phone from them in January. The purchase itself was a good experience, the salesman there was nice and knowledgeable.



The problem is that he told my wife and I that the $100 Verizon rebate on the phone was good for 90 days. When we went to send it in about 75 days later, we found out it had expired a few days before.



We went back to the store and spoke to the owner who happened to be there. She was very rude and not at all helpful. All she did was insist that her employee would not have said that, calling us both liars and telling us we were out of luck.



If you're looking to get a Verizon phone, I would go to an official Verizon store and not this dealer. I'm sure they wouldn't have gotten the rebate information wrong.
