Visited this Sprint store 30 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time and the incredibly helpful, patient, and professional employees worked with my wife and I to upgrade her iPhone for nearly 2 hours past closing time.I highly recommend this Sprint store, especially Greg & Eric. They went above and beyond to ensure we and the other customers in the store had a very pleasant experience and left satisfied.Matt S.
This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On two separate occasions we have had to wait more than 30 minutes and finally ended up leaving. One of those times, two people needed to take a break after we were there and one guy was actually bouncing a ball and talking to his friends as my daughters and I stood waiting. Tonight I went in about 20 minutes before closing and was told that the girl doing repairs wouldn't be able to look at my phone because she was with her last client. I decided maybe it was time for an upgrade anyway and a man named Trey reluctantly looked up my account and told me that I needed to have the account holder (my fiancé who is in FL) present to do an upgrade. I am authorized on this account, I pay the bill on this account and I have done an upgrade and added a line at this very store. I am now out a phone for two days until I can get to another store for a repair. I'm seriously considering changing companies altogether. I can do most things online but I want a company that I can go the nearest store to handle things that need to be taken care of without being ignored and treated rudely.
Darrel Boyer did his best to move through the usual long line as quickly as possible. Once we had his attention he went to great efforts to unlock our stubborn phone. Darrel pursued several avenues and thankfully wouldn't give up until he successfully unlocked the phone. He made sure we were completely satisfied.
