We had the best service with this company! Terry was the bomb! My car was locked in park and he not only loaded the car onto the flat bed with no issues he unloaded it with out a scratch. THAt is some skill! He was friendly and assured me that my car was going to be just fine! They delivered the best service ever! Thank you BRT towing and thank you terry for taking care of us today!

This company is the worst. I used StateFarm roadside assistance and BRT towing never showed up to tow my car. When I called StateFarm, the service call was marked as completed by BRT. They were going to still get paid by StateFarm for a service they NEVER did!
Horrible customer service including the manager and owner... I was told an ETA of an hour after... Waited an additional 2hours and they still didn't show. When I called to express my concern I was told they give themselves at least 90min. Ok cool. Then the driver himself called and said he will be there when he get there... Customer service is horrible top to bottom... I will never use them even if they are the last option...
Alas, another late/no show - called State Farm roadside assistance and told them to please find another company
Broke down on I -20 just east of Austell. AAA assigned this company and gave me the time estimate. The driver called and told me of his impending arrival and did come within the time stipulated. Unfortunately, AAA failed to tell them we had to have a flatbed. The first driver was polite and called his dispatch and had them send one. A bit later, that driver called to make certain of our location on the Interstate and said he was on is way. He arrived shortly thereafter. AAA recommended a shop five miles from the location and we went. Once there, that owner was not interested in 'retail' business, but suggested a place close to where we live in Midtown. Edward, our driver, called and rearranged the route and charges, giving us credit for the first five miles again. My wife and I had fine conversation with Edward on the trip to town and he waited until that shop was ready to take our car for repair. They first said they were booked that day, but we were willing to leave it. As we lived close to the on ramp he would be using to return west, he was kind enough to drop us off at our building. Yes, I wish the response time had been faster being stuck on the shoulder of a busy Interstate in the early morning, but once Edward got there, everything started to get better. I hope we never need this kind of service again, but if we do, I sure would call Edward.
BRT failed to complete an EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE call last night. They were a no-show, never called roadside back to say they weren't picking up the car, and never called the customer, but they did manage to mark the job as completed later in the night so they could collect the payment from the warranty company. This disregard for my time and money has resulted in BRT's permanent suspension from my warranty providers contractor database, mostly due to the reviews that I brought to my warranty company's attention and the fact that they attempted to collect money on a no-show. Hopefully this information helps others avoid a similar situation.
Just witnessed a driver running 80+ almost run a car into a guard rail after failing to yield to the car entering the highway. Then, not 10 minutes later, I witnessed the same driver pulled over on the side of the interstate , lights on, standing bext to the truck relieving himself. This took place in central Alabama on I85 N around Tuskegee. Terrible representation of business.
Broke down going to work. Called my insurance for roadside. BRT entered the equation. Why an insurance company would use these people boggles the mind.First, it took them 1:45 to get a truck to my location just 1.8 mi (4 mins per Google Maps) from their home base (which is a residence, not a business.) I expected some wait. Maybe they were busy. Once the truck arrived, I was asked to confirm the drop-off location. Was told the location did not match what they were told. Gave me 10 mins to call my insurance & fix it or they would cancel the tow. Luckily this was accomplished. They had ME DRIVE MY LIMPING TRUCK ONTO THEIR FLATBED. Inconceivable. Every other towing company, the operator uses a winch to pull the vehicle to be towed onto the flatbed. But not these guys.My mechanic even said that this crew was the worst in terms of being able to off-load a vehicle in his lot.Don't hire these guys. Don't let your insurance company hire them for you. How they stay in business?
One star is too much WAY!!!!!!! Too much this is the ultimate scum of the earth trash my hair on my behind poses more value than this company they do not pick up no where near the time they say if they pick you up at all please please do yourself a favor do not use this company let's try to keep them out of business!
If I could give no stars I would. This company is a joke and I'm convinced I'm probably stranded for the night. They said they'd be here at 7:30 and it's now 8:30 and every time they're called they say they're 10 mins away or the receptionist couldn't get in touch with the driver. Do not use this company and don't let your insurance company assign them to you. This only made the day ten times worse then how it already was due to needing a tow in the first place. So annoyed!!
