This company did an okay job of cleaning my business, but then I made the mistake of asking them to wax my floors. This turned into a nightmare. The first time they attempted to wax them, they left hairs and dirt under the wax. After I complained, the owner, Shavonda, came out to investigate and agreed with me that they had done a horrible job. They attempted to wax the floors again, but this time they only did one coat and again left dirt and hairs everywhere. They also dumped the old wax in a sink in our testing area and left it. After I complained again, Reginald Sr. came out and again agreed that it was a terrible job - this time there were large areas that had no wax, and all other areas only had a single coat. This time they dumped the wax in front of our business. Again, a full redo was promised. In fact, he promised that he would do it personally. That was several weeks and many excuses ago. When I finally ran out of patience and requested a refund, Reginald Jr. called and told me I would not get a refund and I was welcome to sue them. Sue them I will because I'm not paying this company for work they never performed. There are a lot of cleaning companies in the Atlanta area, and I urge you to pick another one - any other one. As for Xpress Cleaning, I'll see you in court.
