Fur's Gonna Fly

As a first time customer, I was very displeased with my experience. The staff is not friendly and the woman who answers the phone was extremely short and rude. The actual haircut was decent. However, when I went to go pick up my dog the man who went in the back to get her was very mean. He would yell at her to "come on!" And comment "oh my god" multiple times. My dog is always well behaved so these comments were unnecessary. If this is the way my dog was treated while I was there, then I can only imagine how she was treated while I wasn't. He was also very short with me himself. I will not refer anyone here or go again myself. Horrible experience.

I have been going to 'furs gonna fly' for the past seven years. Amy and her staff have always done a very good job with my dogs. Their cuts all look great. Amy after she's done grooming, well sometimes send me pictures of my dogs with funny signs next to them~ so cute! And every time we walk into the salon and my dogs hear Amy or Cheryl's voice, their tails start wagging and when they see them they jump up on them. This says a lot about how they treat animals. I love my pets and my pets love them too. I am a loyal customer and always will be. I highly recommend them.

Horrible groomer. Razor burn all over my dogs face and belly.

I dropped my Havanese off and asked her to only shave off the mat behind my dogs ear. I had just brushed her that day and the rest of her coat was fine. I came back 4 hours later to find my dog had been completely shaved. They didn't even call me to ask if it was ok. After I brought her home I found that she had razor burn marks all over her body. Aside from the shave they did a horrible job on her face. I will never be going back.
