I have purchased three machines here and have been very happy with the machines and service. I have called the store when I have a question (typically my error) and they walk me through steps to correct. Machine guide classes have been great and very helpful. These classes are for learning how to care for your machine (very important when you spend a couple of thousand) and some tips. Those who have trouble with the classes have either never sewn before or limited and are trying to learn HOW to sew, not operate/maintain machine. I find it interesting that there are three of the exact complaints by different names all on the same date. Hmmmm sounds like something else is going on.

Do not go here for anything, they were very rude and not helpful at all. Sorry to interrupt your planning of your next flower. I walked in with all smiles and 3 ladies were in the back of the store, no welcome at all. I expressed that I had 2 sewing machines and that they kept making "nests" and I was almost certain it was user error. She looked inconvenienced and told be she couldn't answer me without seeing them. I told her ok I have them in the car. I walked out and carried 2 large sewing machines inside. 2 of the women had moved to a computer RIGHT NEXT to the door, and didn't attempt to help me at all. I then stand at the door and they beside to acknowledge me and tell me to go to the back corner where service is. The lady back there has me take them out and then tells me another lady will be right back. So I didn't have a problem with that and decided to walk around. The lady then walks to the front to talk to the 2 ladies by the door and she returns to tell me that she told her to just check me in for service. All I needed was a couple questions answered and they looked like were completely put off by me and that they only knew of the 2 brands they carry, they work in a sewing center and you're going to tell me they couldn't answer basic sewing questions?



So I asked how much a service is and the lady tells me $79.99 for each. I was like I can't do that. Apparently its a guy that comes in on Mondays and Wednesdays, so I asked when he was here hoping I could just come in when he was there and ask my questions and she was like there's no guarantee that is could be fixed that day and I was like I'm only asking because I'm almost positive it is user error and I don't want to spend $160 before I know it's not just me. And I grabbed my sewing machines and said obviously I came to the wrong place and I'll just do some more research on the internet. I carried the 2 large sewing machines through the store to the door and expressed how it was a waste of time. As I manage to get through the door a container falls from one and everything falls on the sidewalk. (2 ladies still right by the glass door on the computer) I leave it there and put the machines back in my car, walk back and pick up my things, the employees never moved.



I have never experienced this in my life. Rudest set of older women I have ever met.

My wife said she needed another sewing machine, so she wanted to go to Atlanta Sewing. So we went to Atlanta Sewing and I couldn't believe how much she wanted to spend $2500,,All I can say is that the Sales people were very Helpful with finding her the write machine.. Just wanted to say that Atlanta Sewing is great and will let all our friends now about our experience,, Thanks Again......

I called the store with a question. They were busy and asked if I could call again in a few minutes. They were easy to talk with and got right back to me with the answer I needed. After entering the store I was greeted and helped by the owner. My machine was having serious issues. Barry, Margo and Debbie helped me find just what I needed and I have replaced my old machine with a wonderful "Grace". Plus I get a years in store warranty and a sewing class. The machine is digital and fabulous. This machine was used during a class, therefore I received a deep discount and made some new friends. They were extremely helpful.

Very supportive and helpful staff -- except for the woman with the British accent. Training classes were excellent.

DO NOT SUPPORT this company.

I bought 2 machines in the past from this company. I had always dealt with the ladies at the Marietta location. All of these women, are so sweet and kind, so it kills me to write this review.

I was ready to buy my 3rd and not final machine, and was trying to negotiate with the buyer. He told me a price and then when it was time to pay, and I had driven 2 hours out of my way changed the price by $500. Of course, I was a little taken aback. My husband tried to reason with the owner. I have NEVER heard an owner of a company talk to a paying customer in such a manner. He was rude, and took personal attacks at my husband, while my husband was just trying to some sense into him and help the company make a $7000 sale. As a business owner myself, I am in shock. I am never been treated like this by anyone. I inconvenience myself and drive to another state before I spend one penny in that store.

Machine training is very poor. The pay for classes will put the training classes for those that bought their sewing machine there will be put on hold or cancelled. Buy your machine some place else. They made the sale - now they don't care.
