Vidal Medical Office PLC

Stay away from this medical office. The staff is very unprofessional, impolite, and dry. I made an appointment over the phone with the receptionist. She treated me as she was doing me a favor and to top it up, she gave me the wrong day. She gave me an appointment for the 15th of April and I asked her several times about the day. I even said one-five because I wanted to be sure on the day and time. I arrived to the office and the first thing she said was, "your appointment is tomorrow. " She didn't apologize about the confusion and she gave me a bad attitude about the issue. I lost it and I walked out of the office very upset. I have two babies and I was going to have to find a babysitter once again for the same doctor's appointment. Later that day the receptionist called me to let me know that the doctor overheard me and that she didn't want me as her patient. Really! !!!! How unprofessional was that!!!! Thanks God we have other options in Maricopa where my business will be appreciated it.
