This is the best Medical Center. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have treated my son and myself. I have been with the practice almost 20 years and my son 4 years. They listen and try to be helpful.

I didnt see this doctor so I cannot do a review on her. Im sure she is great. First of all I called before coming and was informed by the answering service that there hours on Saturday were from 8-2pm. I get there at 8am to find that the place actually opens on Saturday at 9am. I finally got to see a doctor an hour and 20 min later. I told the front desk AND THE DOCTOR about the answering service giving out incorrect information on the hours and they both looked as if they could not care less. I saw the doctor for about a minute and told her that I thought I may have strep because my throat had been sore for a week, the doctor walked out and shortly the nurse comes in to tell me that the strep test would cost another $15.00. Really??? Did I just diagnose myself for 100.00 ??? I could not believe this. The doctor never even told me what I had after checking my throat. She just simply took what I said and went with it! I then called the doctor back in and asked her what it was that she saw??? She then told me that she didnt see any pus and did not think I needed a strep test. Really??? And your telling me this now???? I have worked in the medical field most of my life and I have never seen a lazier more unprofessional office in all my life. If this is how Broward Health wants to be known, I will never step foot in one of your facilities again. Horrible horrible experience.
