Scam Artist! Don't be a fool and take your car to this guy! He told me he would a paint job on my car for a good price. When I got my car back, not only was it the wrong color, but he painted everything on the car, including my door handles! Within a month the paint was actually chipping from my bumper. I could have taken my car to Maaco for a lot cheaper and got a much better paint job! How does this person stay in business?

I got into a fender bender on the blue route on a late saturday afternood and thats when i was towed by Als Family Automotive. They towed my vehicle free of charge and brought it to their shop where the staff was very courtious and tried to calm me down. I was upset and frazelled by the scary experience and the fact that i couldnt get a rental since it was saturday and enterprize wasnt open, they understood and gave me one of their cars, they understood my concerns about my car and where very occomadating, they offered me water and by the time i finished my drink my paper work was done and I was out the door.



My car was fixed in a timely manner and it was done to the best quality. I have been a customer of theirs since then and my family and i continuesly go for my repairs, tune ups and oil changes.

Al of Quality Motor Team completely took extreme advantage of my wife & me! He sold us to bad cars! The first, they put the wrong transmission fluid in it between the time we test drove it & the time we picked it up. This ruined the transmission & would cost $5000 to fix, more than we paid 4 the car!

Al said he would take that one back & get us another one at an auction. After he found one, he said that he would inspect it and it would definably be ready for us to pick up the next day, so called the next day, he hadn't touched it! This happened four time over the span of seven days! We finally decided to take the car without being inspected!

On the way home, the check engine light come on! We get it checked out at the dealership and are told that it's likely that Quality Motor Team "cleared" the check engine light so it would not come until after we left with it! As it turns out, it's going to cost $1000 to get it running properly!

AVOID QUALITY MOTOR TEAM AT ALL COST!!!
