Once again the guys at Fl Keys A/C did an outstanding job. I recently had a mini split unit installed in my condo, The guys were on time ,courteous and very professional. The crew was done in one day as promised with no mess and no fuss. I HIGHLY recommend Florida Keys A/C for all of your HVAC needs!!

will not recommend these guys to anyone. came out for a diagnostics and did not fix the problem nor did they say anything that could be wrong with my unit... never did a pressure check to find a leak and charged outrageous amount of money for nothing. not only did their tech tell stories but the business flat out called me a liar. very unprofessional. My first conversation was with John Murphy, and he gave me a time he'd be at my house for the initial review of my old system....He was on time, very friendly, listened attentively to my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable of the HVAC system that I preferred. He explained every detail of the installation process, made a recommendation of a system for my home, and followed up with a quote. When the installers showed up, they were very professional, tidy, and took the extra time needed to make sure things were done right. I'm extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone here in the keys........Great job guys!

Awesome and quick service. Lets face it, in the keys when your air isn't working properly every second counts. Every time I have ever needed Fl Keys A/C rather its for my home or business they come through!!

I have a house in KCB that we visit on weekends. We arrived one weekend to find our air conditioner not cooling. We called and Jon was there in 15 minutes. The necessary part was on another truck. I'm so cool. You see, I chose Florida Keys Air Conditioning to install a mini split at my home. They did what they said they would do, in the time they said it would take, for the price they initially quoted. That's true service. And the owner/operators are three of the most genuinely nice guys that I have ever met.

I had a problem with my air conditioner on

Sunday afternoon. It was extremely hot during the Florida Keys summer. I called Florida Keys Air Conditioning and one of the owners personally came right over to fix my problem. Not only were they the only business that answered their phone, I was back to enjoying the cool a/c in no time. I would highly recommend their business to anyone!

The staff at Florida Keys A/C is friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. When I have had A/C issues and placed a call for service my call is answered promptly and the service has been top notch. I have found the staff to be honest with their pricing and when appropriate will offer options for dealing with the issue at hand. I will continue to recommend Florida Keys AC to friends, family and business associates.

I have dealt with other companies but I must say these guys are the best. When you call they are there with a positive attitude not an attitude of just another service call. They make you feel like they really want your business and stand behind the work they do. After any call small or large their professionalism stays the same. No job too big, no job too small and with the best pricing, as far as I can tell, in the Keys. I could go on and on but I think everone can tell I really like Florida Keys Air Conditioning and highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service. Our air went down and they were there in 20 minutes. They came and had us up and going within a hour. I've lived in the keys since 1980 and this is the best service I have ever had, The price was reasonable and the service 1st class. I highly recommend this great company .

Just can't say enough about these three guys! John Murphy, Larry Smorgala and John Mahoney, the Florida Keys Air Conditioning GUYS are the ones you want working on your AC, and in your home! I'm a property manager here in the Middle Keys and look after numerous high end homes. Not only are they all very polite, considerate and mindful of their surroundings, but they come when you CALL!
Just recently I was on a routine check of one of my houses and found one of three AC's not working, at the same time the owner called and said he was flying him and his buddies down for a few days of fishing, and they'd be in the next afternoon! I called Florida Keys Air Conditioning immediately and John Murphy answered. It was almost 6PM! He came right out to the house, looked at it and said he needed to order a part and that he would call me the next morning. The next morning he got the part in and was over at the house and got my owners AC up and running before the owner landed his plane! Not only did he make ME look good in my owners eyes, but themselves as well!
Would I recommend Florida Keys Air Conditioning? ABSOLUTELY YES!
Why? 1- They answer your calls no matter what time of day or night! One of the three is always on call!
2- They don't charge outrageous prices!
3- They have a yearly maintenance program that is almost half the price of others in town!
4- They clean up after themselves!
5- You can trust these guys to be in your homes! Without question!

I've lived here in Marathon going on 29 years, and have been managing properties for over 25 years now. So I've gone through a few AC companies! These three guys all worked for another company and am so glad they ventured out on their own to start their own business!!!
And you will be too if your AC goes out in the middle of the night!!!

I can't say enough good things about Florida Keys AC. When my AC died, my neighbor recommended these guys to me as trusted, experienced locals. I price shopped a bit up and down the keys, and they were well below other estimates I received. They took the time to explain all of my options, showed up on time, and left my home just as clean as they found it. They will be my go-to AC and appliance repair guys from here on out, and I'll make sure to spread the word to other neighbors. 5 stars!
