If I could I would give 0 stars! Waiting in the Walgreens pharmacy drive thru line for 45 minutes to pick up your medication is crazy! Drive thrus are suppose to be faster. Having 1 person doing both inside and drive thru is NOT working! Plus lately they have been so messed up, not getting your refills and having them ready! They really need to fix their issues ASAP
This pharmacy could have been a good one when it comes to location. But the customer service of the pharmacy tech whose last name is Lee makes it worst. Poor customer service. Just shows that she doesn't value her job! Is Walmart training their staff about good customer service or she just doesn't understand what it is. Hope management will train her again about CUSTOMER SERVICE...QUALITY ONE!!!
It's very difficult to remain pleasant when calling pharmacy and you are told 30 minutes earlier you are next on the phone to be answered and for the next 30 min every 45 seconds a voice apologizes for the wait however everyone is busy on calls. As customer stews awaiting an answer the reminder that your time is irrelevant and humor you with reassuring words of no substance you feel demeaned and degraded. Customer service is a thing of the past here and powerless.
