Atherton "settling cracks" supposedly changed their settling crack policies that were sent in writing and reiterated through out the year by all Atherton Staff not to turn in any until we recieved the year letter because your house is still settling....Which made sense or so we thought.... On the year letter it indicates they would repair ANY settling cracks. I wrote my fix/repair list and included settling cracks. Which the change in policy was never indicated in writing and not even upon review of our repair list. It was only mentioned when Atherton came to review our list and they said they would follow up with us. They did not... We continuosly had contact them and then that's when they indicated they had a change in policy, however upon my discovery and talking with other home owners they are still sending out the same exact letter after they told us they had a change in policy. Note: paying over $500k for a house and this is how you're treated. Buyer be ware!!!!
